Occupational Therapy - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position working 8-hour day shifts (8:00am4:30pm), 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation required. This opportunity is within a skilled nursing facility providing post-hospital short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services. The facility accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances and is recognized as an AHCA Bronze Quality Award recipient and a We Honor Veterans community partner. This is a long-term opportunity (up to 366 weeks) supporting patients recovering from illness or injury.

Requirements: Active COTA license required. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred. BLS certification required per facility standards. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to implement established treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR. Ability to work scheduled weekend rotations is required.
