Job Description Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor project performance and implement adjustments as needed to achieve goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Manage resource allocation and resolve project-related issues effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Construction - Long Island City should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
