Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities: Oversee the month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Guide and develop accounting staff through mentorship, training, and feedback Partner closely with leadership to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entry approvals Establish internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and asset protection Advise billing system implementation efforts alongside relevant operational teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 5+ years of accounting experience Hands-on close expertise At least one year of leadership experience Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits,including:Medical Insurance Actualbase salary will be determined based on anindividual'sexperience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and otherfactors relevant to the position.
