Monitor and interpret trends shaping commercial banking, including real-time and instant payments (RTP and FedNow), ACH modernization, wire transfers, ISO 20022, open banking, API connectivity, fraud prevention, and evolving commercial treasury expectations. Understand commercial banking buyer dynamics, including the priorities and decision-making processes of bank executives, commercial banking leaders, treasury management officers, product executives, technology leaders, and commercial relationship managers. Partner closely with Commercial Banking Product Management to connect market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive differentiation, and emerging industry opportunities to product roadmap priorities and investment decisions.
