Enterprise Agile Coach (4 days on-site in downtown Houston, TX) (BH-108446) Location Houston, United States Sector Energy & Renewables Salary $100.00 to $105.00 per hour Job Title Enterprise Agile Coach - Houston, TX Client Requirement ***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*** Summary As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Training and Coaching: Train teams on Agile principles and practices, helping them understand and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies. Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and removing obstacles that hinder Agile adoption. Mentoring and Development: Mentor Scrum Masters and other team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve Agile practices.
