Title: Associate Merchandiser, Cosabella Reports To: Sr. Director, Merchandising Located: NYC HQ (Flatiron) - Office-based Status: Exempt - Full Time About the Company Cosabella is an Italian luxury lingerie brand, recently acquired by Crown Brands Group and operated by Rafar Brands, the brand division of Rafar Group. Rafar Brands also owns and operates Hanky Panky, giving the portfolio a clear leadership position in premium intimates. We're building out the Cosabella team as the brand enters its next chapter of growth across DTC, wholesale, and international markets. About the Role We're looking for an Associate Merchandiser to support Cosabella's product assortment and go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with design, planning, and sales to build seasonal line plans, track product performance, and make sure the right assortment shows up at the right price, in the right channel, at the right time. Key Responsibilities Support development of seasonal line plans and assortment strategy by channel (DTC, wholesale, international) Maintain style-level data: pricing, costing, delivery dates, and product attributes across systems Track in-season sales and inventory performance by style/category; flag opportunities and risks Partner with design and product development to align the assortment with brand strategy and calendar Prepare sales and margin analyses, line sheets, and market/sell-in materials for buyer and account meetings Coordinate with planning on order quantities, allocation, and reorder recommendations Support competitive shopping and trend research to inform assortment decisions What You\'ll Bring 3-5 years of merchandising experience, ideally in apparel, intimates, or an adjacent fashion category Strong Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining detailed, accurate data sets Analytical mindset with an eye for product and understanding of retail math Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a seasonal calendar Strong cross-functional communication skills, particularly with design, planning, and sales Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, newly-integrated brand environment The Rafar Group of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
