As a regional leader growing throughout the northeast, we seek physicians who excel in collaborative environments and strive for positive outcomes and care experiences for their patients.

Compensation and Benefits

• $250K Base Salary, plus a huge bonus potential
  • $500K - $600K proven income range of current physicians
• 4‑day work week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF!
• A myriad of settings offered
  • Inpatient, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, etc.
• Private practice model with 'round and go' flexibility
• Only 1 weekend of call per month
• NP/PA supervision available, if desired (with additional stipend)
• Directorship opportunities available , if desired (with additional stipends)
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, vacation, etc.
