On-Call Apartment Maintenance Technician
Hallmark Management Service Inc.
The Hallmark Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot, and provide preventative maintenance for apartment equipment, including HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have own tools and be able to respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour schedule. Two years of maintenance experience is required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred, and CPO is a plus. The role includes training junior staff, supervising contractors, and ensuring safety and #J-18808-Ljbffr
