Responsibilities

• Drive Federal Revenue Growth: Own U.S. Federal new business performance, develop growth strategies, and personally lead strategic opportunities from pipeline development through close.
• Own Strategic Sales: Maintain an individual sales quota focused on complex RF, intelligence, space, data, and mission-focused opportunities within the federal market.
• Lead & Develop Sales Teams: Manage, coach, and mentor federal sales professionals across multiple territories, customer segments, and solution areas.
• Build Executive-Level Relationships: Partner with executive leadership and senior government and industry stakeholders on strategic pursuits, customer engagement, forecasting, and growth planning.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Pursuits: Collaborate with product, engineering, mission solutions, and space services teams to align capabilities with customer requirements and support large-scale federal opportunities.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• 6+ years of Federal sales experience with a proven record of personally developing and closing complex government opportunities.
• Demonstrated success selling data, analytics, intelligence, geospatial/GEOINT, RF/SIGINT, commercial space, or related technology solutions to federal customers.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing sales professionals, with strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal acquisition and contracting processes, including IDIQs, OTAs, GSA Schedules, SEWP, and related procurement vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intelligence Community, Military, or national security experience.
• Established relationships within defense, intelligence, homeland security, or federal contractor organizations.
• Experience selling commercial space data, RF intelligence, geospatial intelligence, or multi-INT solutions.
• Experience partnering with systems integrators and positioning commercial technologies within larger federal program pursuits.

Pay Range: Salary $190,000.00 to $230,000.00
