The Details: This is a professional Licensed Massage Therapist position with a competitive hourly rate based on experience. To ensure our team stays reliable and stress-free, we are ideally looking for candidates within a 20-minute commute of our Plymouth studio.
What You’ll Do
Provide Intentional Healing: Deliver high-quality, therapeutic massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs—from relaxation to deep-tissue work.
Be a Care Consultant: Use your expertise to create thoughtful plans of care for every guest.
Drive Long-Term Results: Encourage consistent rebooking and wellness routines so your guests maintain lasting results.
Build Lasting Trust: Create meaningful, trusting relationships to become each guest's go-to wellness partner.
Communicate with Heart: Communicate clearly and compassionately with both guests and teammates.
Curate a Peaceful Space: Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment room.
