This contract opportunity near Bensalem, PA offers an immediate part-time start (1-2 days per week), with a transition to full-time beginning October 31st through February 1st to provide vital maternity leave coverage.

What we’re looking for:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and ability to develop appropriate OT goals
• Excellent communication skills to engage students, families, and school staff
• Creative, flexible, and compassionate approach to diverse student needs
• Ability to manage time effectively while balancing shifting caseloads

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of students’ motor abilities and sensory needs
• Developing and implementing OT interventions tailored to educational requirements
• Documenting progress and providing input for IEP meetings
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student success
• Supporting classroom adaptations for increased access and independence
• Maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies and legal guidelines
