We help Managed Service Providers automate the high-volume, repetitive work that bogs down their service desks — from AI-driven triage and L1 resolution to onboarding and offboarding — all delivered natively inside the PSA tools MSPs already run on (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA). Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is the execution engine of the Pia marketing team. This role will touch nearly every part of the marketing function — website, content, social, email, graphic design, and event support — turning strategy into shipped work, day in and day out. We need someone tactical, boots‑on‑the‑ground, and relentless about getting things done: someone who can take a task list and attack it, close gaps before being asked, and consistently go above and beyond in delivery. This is a hands‑on, high‑output role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. Position Responsibilities Outcomes Content Repurposing: Maximize the return on every marketing activation — take one strong initiative (a webinar, case study, launch, event) and turn it into 5 pieces of content across multiple channels (social, email, blog, sales enablement) Support Content Production: Support the writing and publish case studies, blog posts, and other content that supports demand generation and brand authority — from first draft through final, published asset. Social Media: Own day‑to‑day social media execution — content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement — to build brand presence and drive engagement across channels. Email Marketing: Build, schedule, QA, and send email campaigns and newsletters, including copy support, list segmentation, and performance tracking. Website Updates: Make minor updates and edits to the Pia website (copy changes, new pages/sections, image swaps, landing pages) via CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and fast turnaround. Graphic Design: Create graphics and visual assets for social media, web, email, presentations, and campaigns — bringing marketing and brand materials to life while keeping design consistent with Pia's brand guidelines. Event Support: Play a hands‑on supporting role in event planning and execution (conferences, webinars, field events) — logistics, materials, on‑site/virtual support, and follow‑up — under the direction of the marketing team. Marketing Operations: Keep the marketing calendar, task list, and asset library organized and moving — flagging bottlenecks and keeping projects on schedule across the team. Reporting: Track and report on the performance of content, social, and email activity, surfacing what's working to inform ongoing execution. General Marketing Support: Jump into whatever the team needs — this role touches every corner of marketing and is expected to flex accordingly. Position Competencies Grit & Ownership: Takes a task list and attacks it without being micromanaged; finishes what they start. Project & Task Management: Owns multiple workstreams simultaneously, stays organized, and drives things to completion without anything falling through the cracks. Organization & Attention to Detail: Juggles multiple projects and deadlines at once without dropping the ball. Written Communication: Comfortable drafting content and copy across formats. Design & Visual Storytelling: Produces clean, on‑brand graphics with a strong eye for visual detail. Resourcefulness: Finds a way to get things done, even with ambiguity or limited direction. Coachability: Eager to learn, with a genuine interest in growing into broader marketing ownership over time. Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 0-3 years of marketing experience; internships or relevant coursework count. Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma. Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools. Exposure and familiarity with HubSpot is huge a plus. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across content types. B2B SaaS or tech industry experience/interest is a plus but not required. Why join Pia?
