About The Role Serenity is hiring Customer Experience Coaches to guide individuals through structured sessions designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregiving who enjoy connecting with others and creating supportive, encouraging environments.
