Full-Time Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a Level IV Neonatal ICU Responsibilities Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns, including ventilator and high-acuity therapy management. Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate complex care plans with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams. Educate and support families, ensuring they are informed and involved in care processes. Uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with relevant neonatal intensive care experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills for family education and team coordination.
