We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Job Posting We are Seeking an individual to provide one on one supports for a male teen in the Marathon, WI area! Respite care can be conducted in the kid's home. Community outings are also encouraged. This teen loves going to Parks, Hiking and Fishing, sensory items, Trains and Construction equipment trucks. If you are compassionate, dedicated, and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you. Wages: $14.13 per hour Hours: 3 hours a week Afternoon, Evenings, and Weekends Flexible Schedule Job Duties: Safety Awareness Assist in maintaining routine including ADL's (daily hygiene reminders/ assistance) Community Outings Positive working environment/responsive employer Job satisfaction by making a HUGE impact in someone's life Job Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S. Criminal/Caregiver background check. Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required Compassionate individual with caregiving or mentoring experience preferred Be detail oriented and prepared to give all attention to the teen Ability to remain active & Be fast on your feet and ready to keep up!
