Treatment areas typically include open gym spaces with therapeutic exercise equipment, private treatment rooms for manual therapy and evaluations, and access to contemporary modalities that enhance patient outcomes. The environment is collaborative, with therapists, therapy assistants, and support staff working together to deliver consistent, evidence-based care and strong patient experiences.In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients referred for a wide range of conditions, including sprains, strains, post-surgical joint repairs and replacements, spine-related pain, sports injuries, and work-related injuries. A typical day involves conducting initial evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, leading one-on-one and supervised exercise sessions, performing manual therapy as appropriate, and continuously reassessing progress to modify care plans. You will also provide clear patient education on diagnosis, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for long-term wellness.Patient volume and scheduling are designed to support focused, individualized care while meeting clinic productivity expectations. You can expect a steady outpatient caseload, with time allotted for documentation in the electronic medical record system and communication with referring physicians and other care team members. Collaboration with colleagues is encouraged, and there are opportunities to refine clinical skills, share best practices, and participate in continuing education to support your professional growth.Work hours typically follow a clinic-based schedule, with daytime and possible early evening hours to accommodate patient needs. Shifts are structured to provide a predictable routine while allowing flexibility to support patient volume and community demand. Physical Therapist, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
