Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Day Time Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols in a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, documenting visitor activity, issuing visitor credentials, and communicating entry procedures to staff and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage the front desk reception area, receive deliveries and/or inquiries, and report unusual or suspicious activity to site contacts according to security-related policies.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to daily front desk activity, access control, and incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
