Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager - People Partner to architect our people strategy during rapid global expansion. You will partner with leadership to design org structure, workforce planning, and talent development, empowering every Nscaler to build the infrastructure powering AI’s future. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, performance management, and scalable processes while upholding Nscale’s culture of ownership, transparency, and urgency across global teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nscale
