It should be understood, therefore, that employees may be asked to perform job-related duties beyond those explicitly described above.Education/Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.Two to three (2-3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice and a demonstrated level of performance required.Willingness to float to multiple locations.Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Certifications/Licensures Required:Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.Current BLS.Current ACLS, NRP, EFM, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS where required.TB, vaccines (i.e., flu).
