Job Description

As a vital team member, Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and maintaining crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of residential maintenance properties.

Ideal candidate would be a self-starter, adaptable, has high attention to detail and time-management skills, and well as effective communication skills with the department manager, crews, as well as clients and vendors. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and successfully manage crews to ensure all properties are efficiently serviced and held to company standards.

• Grow and develop team.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and potential clients, as well as provide timely and effective assistance to clients for any potential and existing problems.

• Present site improvement and solution ideas to clients.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum 2 year Account Management experience; 3 years managing crews.
• Thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as but not exclusively, landscape maintenance and landscape installation.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid Driver's License and ability to meet Allentuck Landscaping Co. guidelines for driver eligibility.
