Join Our Team as a Hospitalist Nocturnist

We are looking for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Hospitalist Nocturnist to become a part of our expanding hospitalist team in the scenic city of Reno, Nevada. Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm; 7 days on/7 days off rotation
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8 admissions per shift (subject to variation)
• Practice Setting: Northern Nevada Medical Center, with optional shifts at Sierra Medical Center
• Support/Care Team: APP admission support
• Technology: Cerner EMR

Please note: This position is not eligible for J1 or H1-B Visas.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with physicians and support personnel
• Admit, assess, diagnose, treat, and provide general consultations for adult patients with both common and complex health issues
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, query responses, and billing processes
• Utilize Cerner for documenting patient care

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Board Certification required upon start)
• Active or the ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Nevada
• New graduates and seasoned physicians are encouraged to apply
