Test Analyst

Test Analyst – Tata Consultancy Services Location: McLean, VA Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per annum Experience Required: 10–12 years (6.7–10 years for tech‑focused projects) Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute test cases for mortgage‑related software solutions. Perform parallel testing, reconcile test results, and identify discrepancies. Lead meetings, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and create PowerPoint summary reports. Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and manage work in JIRA. Communicate defects and work with product teams to resolve issues. Qualifications: US education (preferably undergrad) or local equivalent. Experienced at senior consultant/manager level in Big‑4 or comparable consulting firms. Strong functional knowledge of Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS), servicing, and secondary mortgage lifecycle. Background in government or federal contracting is advantageous.
