Accounts Payable And Receivable Specialist

Level: 1 to 3 years' experience preferred

Description

Responsible for maintaining and managing the daily accounts payable and receivable functions for the fuel side of the company.

Reports to: Controller/Office Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accounts receivable invoices
• Record and reconcile customer payments
• Manage accounts receivable collections and identify overdue accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries related to account balances and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all bills of lading for fuel deliveries have been entered accurately
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions you handle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong Excel Skills
• Experience in MS Word, Outlook, and Teams a plus
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication
• Exhibit problem solving and time management skills
