Title: Corrections RN Pay rate: $40-$46 an hr Location: Leavittsburg, OH 44430 Job Type: Contract to hire Hours: 40 hours/week Shift Length: 13-hour shifts Interview: Required Work Setting: High-activity environment (lots of walking + some stairs) Job Summary A-Line Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in an all-male correctional facility (Level 1 & 3) in Leavittsburg, OH . This is not a PRN role—your schedule will be provided on day one, and flexibility is required as schedules may change based on facility needs. Schedule (must be available for any) Sun / Thu / Fri: 6:10 AM – 7:30 PM Wed / Fri / Sun: 6:10 AM – 7:30 PM Tue / Fri / Sat: 11:10 AM – 12:30 PM Schedules can change based on facility needs. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting Conduct assessments and deliver appropriate nursing interventions Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and security protocols Required Qualifications Active Ohio RN license BLS/CPR certification Ability to work 13-hour shifts and remain flexible with scheduling Comfortable working in a secure facility environment (walking/stairs) Facility / Security Requirements (Important) No cell phones permitted until required paperwork is submitted and approved Must clear a metal detector No cans, tobacco, vapes, or non-approved personal items Food/drinks must be in clear, see-through containers No more than 1 gallon of water allowed into the facility Pre-Employment / Screening (If Selected) TB test Drug screen (HireRight) and additional onboarding steps as required by the facility Screening must be initiated within a short timeframe after acceptance (facility-driven) How to Apply Apply on ZipRecruiter and be ready to provide: Updated resume Ohio RN license verification BLS/CPR card #J-18808-Ljbffr
