Embroidery Machine Operator Location: Midlothian, VA Pay: $15 18/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Now Hiring Embroidery Machine Operators! Qualified Staffing is hiring Embroidery Machine Operators for a growing custom apparel and embroidery company in Midlothian, VA. This role operates multi-head embroidery equipment while ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. What You'll Do Set up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machines Read and interpret embroidery designs, work orders, and production specifications Load garments and materials while ensuring proper alignment Adjust machine settings based on garment, thread, and design requirements Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance Inspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracy Maintain production records and workflow documentation Assist with order preparation, packaging, and production support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Work with teammates to meet daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Embroidery, textile, apparel production, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating embroidery equipment is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed High school diploma or GED preferred Why Work With Qualified Staffing?
