Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member Location: Tomball, TX Full Time Salary: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year Benefits Bonus based on performance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Competitive salary Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm employees are not employees of State Farm.
