Seeking a reliable and highly versatile Skilled Laborer with experience across multiple trades, including siding and indoor remodeling. Someone who can confidently handle a wide range of physical tasks, adapt to different job sites, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship. You will support construction, renovation, and exterior improvement projects while ensuring safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. Knowing all the jobs is not necessary, but knowing one or more is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Support demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, and basic carpentry tasks.
Help with indoor repairs, fixture installations, and general renovation labor.
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Operate hand tools, power tools safely.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential remodeling (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Knowledge of basic construction tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and capable of working in varied weather conditions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with good communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Proper work boots and safety gear required.
Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend projects.
