Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Hydration Room – Mountain View, California, United States Medical About this position In this Registered Nurse (RN) role, you’ll administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. Schedule: This is a per diem position with two scheduling options: 1) four weekday and two weekend days of availability per month; 2) four weekend days of availability per month. Pay: $57 base hourly rate + competitive tips (up to $15 per hour). Locations: Los Gatos, Campbell, Mountain View, and Almaden clinics, plus occasional on‑call and mobile IV shifts. Clinic Hours: Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Core Role Responsibilities Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records. Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients. Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions. Work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory, including checking stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt. Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift. Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers. Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics. Maintain documentation of patient care services. Train new staff. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure patients have a positive experience. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management. Uphold standards of behavior per the company’s core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines. Requirements Current BLS certification required. BSN or nursing diploma. Valid RN license with no sanctions. Preferred: two years of related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In‑depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures. Proficient in inpatient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of customer service, general sales, and patient care. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to traverse the entire facility. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
