Registered Nurse

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional end-of-life care? As a Hospice RN , you will provide professional nursing services to hospice patients, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and deliver expert symptom management and emotional support. This role may include case management, admissions, and/or on-call responsibilities. What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care Provide end-of-life comfort care and symptom management Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the hospice journey Collaborate with physicians, social workers, spiritual care advisors, and other interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support Hospice Aides Coordinate medical equipment and supply needs Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold our mission-centered care standards Qualifications: Current RN license in the State of Michigan 1-2+ years of nursing experience required Hospice experience preferred CHPN certification preferred (or willingness to pursue certification) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area Why Join Us?
