Pay & Perks

$23/hour starting pay (minimal experience)
Higher pay for experienced operators
$3/hour night shift differential
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Monthly bonus program

Schedule

Monday-Thursday (12-hour shifts 6pm-6am)

What You'll Do

Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators
Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Monitor operations for safety and efficiency
Complete daily production and inspection reports
Assist with plant cleanup and material handling

What We're Looking For

Heavy equipment experience preferred (loader, haul truck, skid steer, dozer)
Strong safety mindset
Reliable with a solid work ethic
