In one motion you inspect, remove masking and plugs, stage for shipment, then package and palletize—keeping perfect tempo with production. A sudden priority change? You pivot smoothly, accuracy intact.

Role focus

• Final visual inspection of powder-coated components
• Masking and plug removal
• Preparation for shipment, including packaging and palletizing
• Maintaining production flow aligned to conveyor speed

This is a post-process role—no spray coating or surface prep responsibilities.
