Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and security of information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current on the latest research and therapeutic practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possess a valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
