CT TechnologistMLR is looking for a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans while ensuring exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and a focus on patient safety and comfort.Required Qualifications:Associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.ARRT certification, Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure, and BLS CPR certification.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a CT certification program.CT Certification.Job Responsibilities:Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to capture detailed images of various body parts.Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining the procedure, ensuring proper positioning, and maintaining patient comfort.Administer contrast agents (orally or intravenously) according to safety protocols.Adjust scanner settings to ensure high-quality imaging, verify images, and repeat scans when necessary.Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and maintain patient safety throughout the procedure.Apply today and make a difference in the lives of your patients!
