The Role Requirements Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer pain points, goals, and requirements. Present and tailor demos, presentations, and proposals to address specific customer needs. Create use case comparisons explaining why to choose Gameball over alternatives. Solution Design & Integration: Create integration guides with timelines and action plans tailored to the prospect’s tech stack and goals. Perform discovery to design loyalty solutions using Gameball’s platform. Propose architecture connecting Gameball with the client’s ecosystem, aligning with KPIs. Leverage knowledge in loyalty, gamification, and marketing to advise clients. Design Figma mockups reflecting technical flow and loyalty strategies. Provide technical and strategic solutions demonstrating Gameball’s value. Manage technical proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solutions. Implementation Handover: Handover deals with clear guides and clarify potential technical challenges. Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Prepare tailored demos based on client briefs. Support reseller partners during sales cycles. Collaborate with sales teams for insights and strategies. Solution Presentation: Communicate the value of Gameball’s products and services effectively. Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. Identify upselling opportunities. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and feedback. Share insights with product and tech teams for improvements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and research skills. Experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer success roles. Project management and documentation skills. Understanding of modern architectures like REST API, Microservices, CRM, CDP, etc. Strong technical background, especially in integrations and support. Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship building. Proven upselling and cross-selling skills. Analytical skills to leverage customer data.
