Position Overview We are seeking a Social Media Director to lead, build, and own our entire social media strategy with a clear mandate: demonstrate how social media generates qualified leads, strengthens brand authority, and supports revenue growth in the industrial painting sector. This is a revenue-impact role that will be in office. The ideal candidate understands B2B industrial audiences (plant managers, facility directors, operations leaders, procurement teams) and knows how to translate complex services into compelling, trust-building content that converts.
