Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conducting thorough and nuanced assessments to comprehend each client's mental health concerns, which involves formulating clinical diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans. \n
- Delivering therapy sessions in individual, couple, family, and group formats, applying evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the distinct needs of each client. \n
- Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing crisis management protocols and referral systems as needed. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring meticulous documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Working closely with interdisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide holistic services to clients. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources while actively advocating for their rights and individual needs. \n
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to stay informed of emerging best practices in mental health therapy. \n
Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington. \n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
