Service Technician- San Antonio TX

Overview Rigdon Inc, has expanded into San Antonio and we are adding to our team. We are seeking a window cleaning / gutter cleaning / power washing technician to join our staff. Responsibilities Tech is responsible for projects from start to finish in all facets of interior and exterior window cleaning, soft washing (houses, decks, patios), gutter cleaning and repair, and power washing. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are extremely important. This position is also responsible for completing estimates and bids, and customer follow-up as needed. Work is scheduled Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturday / Sunday work as needed due to demand or weather. Minimum Qualifications Experience is a plus but not required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants Excellent customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement) Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day Must have a valid driver's license in good standing Job Type: Full-time Applicants should adhere to our company's grooming and appearance standards, which prohibit facial tattoos Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance and short-term and long-term disability insurance after 60 days.
