We are seeking a Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate to join our team! This Project Manager will be responsible for project management responsibilities including planning, procurement, design, permitting and construction of a variety of real estate projects within Hasbro’s global portfolio. Projects will primarily include office environments and select warehouse or logistics facilities. This role will have a significant impact in delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative projects that cater to Hasbro’s evolving business needs. Responsibilities Lead internal and third‑party project teams to coordinate the design, permitting, and delivery of projects ranging from small office renovations to major, multi‑phase construction. Develop conceptual budgets and schedules for potential projects with minimal specific information. Create project plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams (internal and third‑party) through meetings and progress measurement to bring distinct projects to completion on time and within budget. Prepare architect/engineer/contractor requests for proposals; analyze/align bids and make award recommendation. Negotiate and prepare construction and consultant contracts in collaboration with project partners and Legal teams. Review architectural, MEP, structural drawings to ensure the design meets project requirements. Drive planning, design, estimating and internal project approvals, collaborating with local and corporate leadership and internal partners such as IT, Security, Finance and Human Resources. Create and manage detailed project budgets, tracking reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis. Lead regularly scheduled project meetings with internal members and the client, documenting assigned tasks. Report project status regularly to the project team and client. Assist with due diligence during property acquisition/lease activities, providing input on lease negotiations and brokerage partner management. Lead workplace strategy initiatives and change management during office moves, renovations or new occupancy, ensuring alignment with Hasbro’s space standards. Work with internal partners to create purchase orders for approved project expenses and ensure budget reconciliation. Administer punch list and project close‑out activities, including completion of maintenance manuals, as‑built drawings, warranties, landlord reimbursement and final documentation. Maintain durable relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate ongoing assistance with Facility and Real Estate issues. Provide information for internal operations reviews, audit inquiries, tax investigations and asset transfers. Provide feedback to portfolio administration and corporate finance regarding CAPEX spend and forecasts. Qualifications BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture/Design, Engineering, Business Operations Management, or Facilities Management. 5+ years prior project management experience in corporate real estate, with a superior understanding of project contracts, leases, change orders and related documents. Ability to read and understand financial statements and cash flows. Strong technical fluency with commercial construction systems, methods and materials. Experience preparing budgets, summarizing transactions for approval, reconciling costs and ensuring timely closeouts. Leadership experience managing internal and external project teams and a proven track record of cross‑organizational collaboration. Exceptional organizational and follow‑up skills with capacity to multi‑task and bring issues to timely closure. Superior interpersonal, communication, team building and conflict resolution skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills with agility and sensitivity to organizational change. Passion for collaboration and teamwork, pulling diverse teams to accomplish goals. Ability to work productively in the face of ambiguity. Experience effectively managing resources remotely with strong leadership. Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. High integrity, working with little supervision, handling multiple tasks in an organized manner. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office, Project and PowerPoint; CAD preferred but not required. Experience leading international projects. Ability to travel, including international travel on short notice (~25‑35%). Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $92,800 – $139,200 USD. Employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
