Senior Games Technician Senior Games Technician (SGT) is a hands‑on role focused on building, troubleshooting and repairing our games, attractions and technical equipment while delivering unparalleled guest service. SGTs play a key role in training and developing the Support Tech teams. Here’s what we’re looking for Working knowledge of electro‑mechanics. Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Troubleshooting down to component level and performing repairs. Excellent communication skills to deliver friendly, available and memorable guest service. Strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude. Ability to teach others to build knowledge within the team. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requirements Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Work off an extension ladder. Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions. Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
