Dialyze Direct brings a gentler, more effective treatment to the geriatric population, which vastly improves their quality of life. That's why we work with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized Dialyze Direct home dialysis dens within the building a first-to-market approach that benefits all involved: Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys. Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life. Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care. Patient population: adult and geriatric. EMR: Crown Web. Dress code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: personal scrubs of any color. No RTO allowed since this is a shorter assignment. Non-billable orientation: 8 hours. Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%. Call, call-back and charge: not applicable for this need.

Submission requirements: 1 year or more current dialysis experience required. Copy of current, valid driver license required. Geriatric patient experience required. NXStage dialysis machine experience required. Please note experience on submission. CNN or CDN certification preferred. Crown Web EMR experience preferred. BSN preferred. Profile requirements: work history skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year. One supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years of employment). License/certifications must be uploaded with profile. Certification requirements: BLS (AHA). State license requirements: Ohio. Additional license requirements: must be in hand upon submission.
