Senior Companion / Non-Medical Caregiver

We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

Pay & Benefits

$16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
Sick leave accrual opportunities and paid training
Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate
Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility applies)
401(k) with company match (eligibility applies)
Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)
$700 caregiver referral program

*Apply and be hired by October 16, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with bathing, grooming, and personal care
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines
Support safety and independence at home

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement
