CDL Class B Driver

This person will make deliveries and pick-ups utilizing a Ford F750 flatbed, Freightliner M2 flatbed, or standard pick-up truck. General Accountabilities (Class B CDL Driver) Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner Secures cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers. Loads and unloads trucks operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment as necessary Checks all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate Inventories and inspects goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions Obtains receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment when required Checks vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order Performs basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid or performing minor repairs Reads and interprets maps to determine vehicle routes *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Valid Class B CDL Experience: 3 -- 4 years as a Class B CDL truck driver preferred Experience: A few months to one year as a warehouse worker #J-18808-Ljbffr
