Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Take and evaluate digital X-rays. Perform periodontal charting and assess patients' oral health needs. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care. Review medical histories and discuss treatment recommendations with patients. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory. Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure excellent patient care. Deliver a positive, compassionate patient experience at every visit. Requirements Current CPR certification preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply! Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Typical schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM A couple of Saturdays per month as part of the rotating schedule Why Join Us?
