Oculoplastic Reconstructive Surgeon The Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (OVS) Department at UTMB Health in Galveston is one of the oldest in the Southwest and has a rich tradition of service and education excellence. OVS strives to provide top-rated service at each of its four clinic locations in the Southern Harris County/Galveston County region. We have assembled a group of eye doctors that offer routine eye care and vision support, as well as subspecialists in pediatrics, cornea, glaucoma, retina, uveitis, neuro-ophthalmology, and oculoplastic conditions. The Department is seeking a highly motivated Oculoplastic surgeon to join the team to help meet the increasing demand in a rapidly growing region in Texas. Position Requirements M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school Residency training in Ophthalmology Surgery Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Surgery Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship trained Ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Texas state medical license Income Package Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and educational background.
