Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Operational Specialist role based in Collegeville, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operational Specialist will support day-to-day business operations, including order processing, tracking, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring inventory and logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation from proposal through installation. The role will collaborate with sales and design teams to align operational workflows with client needs, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Operational Specialist will also generate reports, analyze operational data, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to coordinate orders, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients in a clear, professional manner.
  • Basic Sales support experience, including assisting with quotes, tracking opportunities, and ensuring smooth post-sale handoffs.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, education, or related project-based industries is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
