- Accredited and certified by The Joint Commission.
- 63 Total Providers
- Base Salary: $250,000 - $270,000
- RVU Bonuses
- Sign On Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000

- Disability insurances; Tax Deferred Retirement plan, $4000/annual CME allotment;
- Paid Professional License & DEA fees
- Professional liability coverage under occurrence based Federal Tort Claims Act

- The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob/gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients.
- Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case/care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.
- H1B Visa If needed
- Location: Winchester, VA
- Have easy access to Washington DC, or Baltimore!
- Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 5:00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )
- Patients per day: 14-16
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures
- Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
- Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
- On call: 1:10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
- Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's
- EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
- H1B Visa If needed
