Lead cross-functional business readiness across Product, Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Care, Operations, and other impacted teams, establishing clear ownership and holding teams accountable to agreed launch commitments.
Lead launch planning and readiness reviews, identify gaps, and ensure clear ownership and resolution of outstanding issues
Maintain visibility into upcoming product launches so business teams have the information and lead time needed to prepare.
Partner closely with Marketing to operationalize go-to-market plans, campaigns, and social initiatives connected to Product priorities.
Establish repeatable launch processes and retrospectives that continuously improve how TruConnect brings products to market.
Establish mechanisms to assess the impact of significant Product initiatives after launch and create visibility into whether expected business outcomes were achieved.
Serve as a Strategic Operating Partner

Improve the flow of information between Product and the teams responsible for bringing products and experiences to customers.
Lead high-priority cross-functional work where Product Operations can create clarity, alignment, ownership, and follow-through.
Ensure ideas and opportunities originating from innovation efforts, AI, external partners, or other parts of the business are effectively routed to the appropriate internal Product processes.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will include establishing a repeatable Product Operations and business readiness model, improving visibility and ownership across Product initiatives, reducing missed handoffs, creating clear escalation paths, and making cross functional execution more effective without duplicating the responsibilities of Product Management or Technical Project Management.
What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Marketing Operations, Product Management, or related roles, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional work in a fast-moving organization.
Experience building or significantly evolving operational processes, tools, and ways of working.
Strong understanding of product development and go-to-market processes.
Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, and digital/e-commerce teams.
Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments, make sound decisions, and drive accountability across teams.
Ability to lead and influence across cross-functional initiatives while building strong, collaborative relationships with functional leaders.
Strong judgment, ownership, and a bias toward action.
Experience with Agile environments and tools such as Jira is preferred.
Interest in AI and emerging technology and how they can improve products, customer experiences, and ways of working.
