Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Summary A full‑time Physical Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients at facilities and in home‑based care, supporting Powerback’s mission of improving patient outcomes through personalized, patient‑centered care. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy interventions during scheduled sessions. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Outside‑U.S. degrees evaluated as U.S. equivalents. Demonstrated clinical competence and ability to work with diverse patient populations. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
