As a Retail Sales & Custom Order Entry Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Answering phones and responding to customer emails with professionalism and care. - Assisting with inventory checks and merchandise restocking. - Tracking incoming garments and outgoing completed orders. - Maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication records. - Supporting the overall efficiency of the production workflow.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in screen printing, embroidery, signage, or promotional products is a plus. - Skills: - Strong computer and data entry skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Keen attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Preferred Knowledge: - Familiarity with garment brands, printing methods, and decoration processes. - Experience with order entry systems, POS software, and Shopify or ecommerce platforms. - Basic understanding of artwork formats and production terminology. - Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds occasionally. - Ability to move throughout the showroom and production areas as needed.

This role is based in a retail and production environment where you’ll interact with customers, coordinate production tasks, and handle office-related duties. You’ll be expected to: - Maintain high accuracy in order entry. - Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships. - Meet daily productivity and communication standards. - Contribute to the overall success of the team and workflow.
