- Abide by the company's Quality Management System
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Protect the company's assets, reputation, goodwill, and marketplace stature at all costs
- Set up, operate, and/or tend CNC fabrication machines according to work instructions
- Perform deburring and secondary operations as required
- Conduct testing and basic troubleshooting of parts and processes
- Perform quality control checks and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain equipment daily, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting
- Review maintenance and operations logs daily
- Maintain shop equipment and tools in safe working condition
- Perform stocking and inventory control functions
- Support material movement and organization as required
- Help develop and improve work instructions for CNC operations
- Assist in evaluating new processes, procedures, and equipment
- Support 5S and housekeeping standards in machining and assembly areas
- Observe all safety rules and report hazards immediately
- Abide by the Quality Management System and quality policies
- Understand that customer satisfaction is our top priority
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the President or leadership team

- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for up to 10 hours per day
